Rob Snyder_NEW.jpgRob, who holds a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Maryland, has been the Executive Director of Metropolitan Education and Training Services since its founding in 1999. He has consulted on performance and learning effectiveness issues with over 100 private and public sector organizations. Many of these consultancies have focused on what employees need to do more, better, differently or faster if work unit objectives are to be met or exceeded. In addition, he has overseen survey/survey feedback-based performance improvement processes involving more than 700,000 employees in over 25 states.

A former College of Business Dean and Chair, Dr. Snyder has authored numerous articles that have been published in the top management and psychology journals in the U.S. and Great Britain. He is a Fellow of the American Council on Education.
